We are seeking a customer-focused Technical Sales Specialist to drive business development and expand the adoption of advanced laboratory automation solutions across Latin America. In this role, you will combine consultative sales expertise with technical knowledge to identify new opportunities and develop strong customer relationships. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, pathology laboratories, distributors, and internal technical teams to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will cover the entire customer journey, from opportunity identification and workflow assessment to product implementation and ongoing technical support. You will also deliver technical training, conduct laboratory visits, and help customers optimize their operational processes through innovative automation technologies. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to regional growth within an international technology-driven environment.
