Role Description The Client Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients, primarily through remote communication channels. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting research services, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle. The role involves preparing proposals, managing contract discussions, and coordinating closely with internal research teams to align solutions with client needs. The Client Sales Executive also monitors client satisfaction, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maintains accurate records in CRM tools to ensure consistent pipeline visibility. This is a remote role, requiring strong self-management, structured communication, and coordinated collaboration with colleagues across locations.
