Job Description:
This role is part of our Management Internship/Co-op program. As an intern or co-op, you will be given real responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders on important projects that deliver tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in executing strategies within the team or organization.
Support Analytics & Insights (A&I) activities by conducting consumer research, analyzing consumer insights, and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
Collaborate and network effectively within the immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.
Engage in learning opportunities and assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
Third or fourth-year university student in any field but preferred in business-related fields
Master's degree student who will graduate in 2027 in any field but preferred in business-related fields and no work experience
Be able to join the full program on May 2027 – July 2027 (10 Weeks)
Must have proven success of strong leadership by envisioning, direction setting, and enrolling others; thinking/problem solving; creativity & innovation; initiative & follow-through; communication; and priority setting.
Fluent in English and Thai
