Technical Lead (Ruby on Rails, AI-Native)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Lead (Ruby on Rails, AI-Native) based in Norway.
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical Lead to shape engineering culture, establish technical standards, and guide a distributed development team in an AI-native environment.
