Job Description Senior Technical Trainer Must have Previous knowledge in areas such as digital certificates, PKI, authentication, mobile encryption technologies, smartcards, HSM or networking is a definite asset We are currently looking for a Technical Trainer to join our training team. This position will be based in our Bengaluru location and will report to the Senior Director of Professional Services.Position Summary: This role will challenge the successful candidate to become an expert in the Entrust public-key infrastructure, authentication, HSM technologies. Candidates should have a proven ability to transfer knowledge to training participants through strong communication and training skills. Responsibilities:Deliver Web and classroom-based technical training on Entrust ’s trusted identity and secure transaction products to customers, employees and partnersDesign, develop and maintain the technical learning and reference materials used in training courses including Student Guides, Instructor Guides, Classroom Setup Guides, job aids and other course documentationDesign, develop and maintain self-paced training modules for delivery onlinePrepare and test practical hands-on exercises to confirm participant retention of lesson contentInstall and configure Entrust and third-party products to ensure the appropriate technical environment is available for participants to complete the course exercisesServe as a subject matter expert to customers, employees and partnersTrack and record participant registration, payments and course completionMaintain enrollment and training portal͏ College or University Degree in the IT/Technical field, Information Systems, or a related discipline or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience working with training tools, systems, course generation and deliveryMinimum of 5 to 10 years as a technical instructor/ trainer.5 to 10 years of delivering classroom-based training to highly technical audiencesPrevious experience delivering web-based technical training through Webex or other online conferencing tools is desirablePrevious experience developing learning materials for classroom delivery, including needs assessment, is requiredExperience with desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Capitvate and Adobe Acrobat, is requiredSolid knowledge on concepts related to network securityExperience with AWS, AMI and Security GroupsExcellent organization skills, strong communication skills (written and spoken)Proven ability to learn new technologies quicklyStrong troubleshooting skillsAbility to work with minimal directionPreferred Requirements:Previous knowledge in areas such as digital certificates, PKI, authentication, mobile encryption technologies, smartcards, HSM or networking is a definite assetPrevious experience with developing testing questionsExperience with Windows is required, experience with Linux/Unix would be an assetExperience with AWS, LDAP Directories and Microsoft Active Directory would be considered an assetExperience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and WebEx Training or other online content creation tool is a definite assetExperience with a Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a definite asset͏ ͏ ͏ Mandatory Skills: PKI - Certificate Management
