Who you are
As a Fine Dining Server Attendant, you will enable the service team to deliver attentive and memorable guest experiences by anticipating service needs and maintaining a polished, welcoming environment for every guest.
What you'll do
Set up and stock workstations and service areas to support operational readiness.
Perform closing duties to ensure all equipment, supplies, and service areas are cleaned, stored, restocked, secured, and prepared for the next shift.
Inspect and prepare dishware, glassware, silverware, and equipment to meet presentation and cleanliness standards.
Maintain dining and service areas to create a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment.
Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business operations and service excellence.

Physical Requirements
Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print.
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and up or down stairs and/or service ramps.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
