We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist
The Opportunity: (Brief Overview of the Role)
You will get to work with MPO platform, which is the best in class digital channel for Mortgage origination is moving the technical stack from internal private cloud to public cloud. This opportunity would see you being part of this complex excercise, giving sufficient exposure to cloud workings and its internals.
You will work closely with the business owners from varied regions to understand their reporting requirement and finally design/ developing a global product.
You will get an opportunity to work in an Agile mature project with well-defined refinement processes.
You will own delivery of the work assigned and drive it to successful completion right from requirement gathering till defect resolving and quality product delivery into markets.
What you’ll do: (List out Key Responsibilities)
Take up the responsibility of the entire Project.
Carefully analyse the project and rectify the errors found in the process.
Undergoing the process of analysis in order to fulfil the requirement of system wide.
Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design.
Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
Keep on asking for the reviews and feedback from the peers.
Reporting for all the weekly tasks in form of accurate and detailed reports.
To keep a check on the whole system, conduct the testing and integration testing for the entire system.
Working on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action with the SM at project level.
To ensure that Team is working as per the listed procedures, Lead should conduct FIR- Process check master.
Lead should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end.
Tech Lead should inspire all the other team members, a Lead who is looked upon by all the members.
What you will need to succeed in the role: (Minimum Qualification and Skills Required)
Deep understanding of CI/CD and available tools
Logging, Monitoring and Alerting concepts in a banking environment
Deep understanding of IBM WebSphere Application Server or cloud and IBM BPM
Deep understanding of code version and branches management and available tools
Strong hands on experience in IBM BPM's BPDs (Process Designer), Coach framework.
Develop core system/integration components utilizing J2EE, XML, SOAP and REST web services
Relational Databases with basic SQL Skills
Web Technologies – HTML, DHTML, JavaScript
What additional skills will be good to have? (List out good to have skills and certifications)
Good communication skills
Good handson experience on Java
