Business Systems Analyst (Kyvos & Power BI)

Note: Open for Noida, Gurugram & Hyderabad location
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Kyvos, Power BI, and Data Analytics to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and reporting teams to gather requirements, perform data analysis, define business rules, and support analytics solutions using Kyvos and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data validation across multiple systems.
Work closely with Data Engineering teams on data models, source-to-target mappings, and business rules.
Design and validate analytical solutions using Kyvos OLAP cubes and Power BI dashboards.
Create functional documentation, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and test scenarios.
Support UAT activities, defect tracking, and production deployments.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
Required Skills
Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Data Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Kyvos.
Strong experience with Power BI including DAX, dashboards, and reporting.
Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and BI concepts.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
