Role: Business Systems Engineer (Integrations & Automation)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–3 Years
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Mandatory Skills
2–3 years of experience as a Business Systems Engineer, Integration Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
Working knowledge of Salesforce Administration, Flows, Apex Triggers, and basic customization.
Good understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and system integrations.
Basic SQL knowledge, including writing queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with AI concepts and modern AI tools.
Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and independently handle technical tasks.
Preferred Skills
Experience with JavaScript, Python, or other scripting/programming languages.
Exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, or EventBridge.
Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, Finance, or Customer Support application integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support business system integrations and automation workflows.
Design, build, and troubleshoot REST API integrations with third-party applications.
Configure and customize Salesforce based on business requirements.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues across business systems.
Use AI tools to improve automation, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Interview Process
Initial technical screening – Online.
Final technical interview – In person at our Hyderabad office.
Total Technical Rounds - 2
Candidates must be willing to attend the final interview in Hyderabad. Shortlisted candidates will be informed accordingly.
