Cash and Trade Proc Analyst - Convocatoria Inclusión Laboral (Discapacidad con Certificación Oficial)

The Investment Support & Liquidity Operations team is responsible for the end-to-end operational management of institutional investment products, including Money Market Funds (MMFs), Time Deposits, cash sweep programs, liquidity structures, and related treasury solutions. The team serves as the primary operational partner for clients, product teams, relationship managers, and internal stakeholders by supporting investment execution, trade processing, liquidity management, interest administration, reconciliations, exception management, and contingency events.
The role ensures the accurate execution of high-value financial transactions, maintains a strong risk and control environment, drives operational excellence, and supports strategic initiatives designed to improve process efficiency, client experience, and regulatory compliance. The position requires attention to detail, investment operations expertise, analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex client servicing activities across a global operating model.
Responsibilities
Investment & Liquidity Operations
Provide daily operational support for Money Market Funds, Time Deposits, and investment servicing activities.
Perform daily reconciliations, exception reporting, account balancing, and operational control activities.
Assist with the execution of redemptions, maturities, funding requests, drawdowns, interest payments, and cash movements.
Support large-value transactions while ensuring compliance with established operational controls and approval requirements.
Partner with Relationship Managers, Product teams, and Client Service organizations to deliver timely and effective client support.
Serve as an escalation point for complex client servicing issues related to investment products, Time Deposits, and cash management services.
Assist investigations and resolution efforts involving settlement failures, trade exceptions, reconciliation discrepancies, liquidity incidents, and processing errors.
Assist with managing contingency events requiring manual processing, client remediation, compensation calculations, or operational escalations.
Participate in system implementations, migration projects, production validation testing, workflow enhancements, and operational readiness activities.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through process simplification, automation, and control optimization.
Help maintain operational procedures, process documentation, and training materials.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, regulatory standards, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in a related role
Proficient in English both written and spoken
Understanding of emerging technologies
Effective verbal and written skills
Effective analytic and presentation skills
Education
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
