Consumer Sales Support Lead Analyst - US Branch Network, VP

As a Consumer Sales Support Lead Analyst, you will lead sales enablement initiatives that help Citi's branch network grow market share and deliver a stronger experience for retail banking customers. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to design, launch, and scale programs that drive digital adoption, improve sales processes, and support sound, compliant lending practices. This role sits within Citi's retail banking organization and offers the opportunity to shape how branch teams sell, serve, and grow.
Responsibilities
Lead sales enablement initiatives that help Citi's branch network increase market share and grow customer relationships.
Drive digital adoption by configuring branch sales processes to support secure customer engagement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to manage project timelines and operationalize new initiatives from concept through launch.
Create content and launch plans that translate strategic ideas into clear, actionable execution steps for branch teams.
Partner with internal teams to integrate hardware, software, and tools that support branch sales processes.
Monitor sales platforms and lending practices to maintain compliance with security, risk, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
6+ of experience in sales support, program management, or related functions within financial services.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar sales enablement platforms.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint to manage content, reporting, and collaboration.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation delivery.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
Background in retail banking sales, service, or branch management.
Project management experience within a financial institution.
