Senior Analyst - BDS TPM

The SAP ERP Platform team is delivering services to various stakeholders from teams such as business partners, service/support, deployment teams, projects, programmes, etc. Those teams are requestors to us, and there is a need to deep dive into the requests both functionally and technically. The SAP functional analyst will be the one helping to clarify the requirements and help the delivery team to build the design and effectively deliver the required changes.
The SAP Functional Analyst will remain engaged in ongoing project streams, building upon previously delivered solutions and insights to ensure consistency and continuity across business processes. Key responsibilities will include the refinement of existing functional specifications, support for solution implementation, and collaboration with business stakeholders to identify evolving requirements. The analyst will also participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog grooming, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-go-live support where applicable. By leveraging prior knowledge of the system landscape and process intricacies gained during the previous engagement, the SAP Functional Analyst will provide valuable context and accelerate delivery.
This role is crucial in ensuring seamless transitions between project phases and sustaining momentum across initiatives. All work must be guided by a user-centric mindset, aligning with design thinking principles to enhance the usability, efficiency, and business value of the SAP solutions delivered. This person needs to be extremely knowledgeable in SAP and will work in partnership with our template analyst, reviewing BRDs, RevTracks, joining projects, reviewing and updating documentation, etc. This is an important ERP inbound and analytics-skilled person.
Responsibilities:
Expertise: Provide global functional and technical expertise for our set of applications covering the Make to Deploy area.
Analyse: Analyse the request, deep dive into the requirements and challenge the requests to help build the most suitable design. Throughout the year, as per the activity schedules and timelines.
Consultancy: Provide consultancy wherever it is required to support projects, programmes, or any other changes, such as CIP. Also, help and support the design phase, but also the build phase of a change. activities schedules and timelines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field.
Ability to deliver high-quality and reliable software by collaborating with the team.
Outstanding analytical skills and ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer-facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing demonstrations, including issues, status reports and resolving impediments
