Founding AI Engineer

Requirements:
3+ years of experience leading self-directed, distributed teams in a fast-paced environment with direct people management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive decision-making and inspire teams to achieve goals.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools for project planning and execution.
Technical expertise in machine learning, AI, and software engineering, with experience in SaaS environments, is preferred.
Experience with DevOps practices, technical support, and managing on-call rotations.
Proven track record of mentoring and developing engineers at various career stages.
Familiarity with NLP or information retrieval is a plus.
Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, with a focus on machine learning, artificial intelligence, or software engineering.
