We are looking for a skilled Python Engineer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, API design, version control using Git, and database management using SQL.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Python-based applications.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
Manage and maintain code repositories using Git.
Work with relational databases and write efficient SQL queries.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Strong experience in building APIs (RESTful services).
Proficiency in frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI.
Solid understanding of Git for version control.
Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases).
Experience with debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
Good to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of Docker / containerization.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with NoSQL databases.
