Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide junior SDETs / QA engineers.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and engineering leaders.
Provide automation estimates, sprint planning inputs, and risk assessments.
Track quality metrics, test coverage, and release readiness.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on programming expertise in Java / Python / JavaScript.
Extensive experience in Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Appium.
Strong experience in API automation frameworks.
Solid understanding of OOPs, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Hands-on experience with TestNG / JUnit / PyTest / Robot Framework.
Strong CI/CD knowledge with Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI.
Expertise in Git and version control practices.
Strong database testing experience (SQL / MongoDB).
Experience in Agile / Scrum product environments.
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
