Accounting Manager - US Client

We're looking for a CA or CPA-certified professional with strong expertise in US GAAP, QuickBooks, and team leadership. In this role, you'll manage accounting operations, lead a team, and work directly with US CFOs to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
Oversee general accounting, funds management, and bank reconciliations.
Manage AP/AR operations: process invoices, vendor payments, and customer collections.
Handle month-end close: journal entries, payroll returns, and corporate tax filings.
Prepare financial reports: balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements.
Ensure US GAAP compliance and assist with annual audits.
Utilise QuickBooks and other US accounting software for record management.
Monitor and resolve financial discrepancies and maintain quality control.
Requirements:
CA or CPA certification.
6+ years of experience managing an accounting team of at least 4 members.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other US accounting tools.
Excellent English communication skills for client interaction.
