Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through voice and chat to understand their requirements.
Promote and explain services to convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Sales (B2C/B2B/Inside Sales).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Open to Graduates and Undergraduates.
Must be comfortable with both Voice and Chat-based interaction.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
