Requirements:
Strong data science foundation.
Experience in Patient life cycle.
Mandatory:
Hands-on experience with RWE - Optum, Komodo, and IQVIA datasets.
Window aggregate functions to be able to create patient journeys.
Hands-on experience with the formulary, Step-edits, Regimen, abandonment rates, productivity, stay time (days on therapy), and patient journey.
Good to Have:
Application of ML in patient analytics - Survival analysis, Sequence model for patient journey.
Field force sizing, incentive compensation.
Application of ML in other pharma domains - clustering, classification, forecasting.
Hands-on experience working in EMEA/Asia Pacific healthcare.
