Requirements:
12+ years of overall experience in software development.
5+ years of experience in people management or leading engineering teams.
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Experience with distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and scalable system design.
Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
