As an SAP ONB Fresher, you will be an integral part of our SuccessFactors implementation team, contributing to the successful deployment and support of Onboarding, Crossboarding, and Offboarding modules. You will work closely with experienced consultants, project managers, and clients to understand business requirements, configure the system, and ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and develop expertise in a cutting-edge HCM technology, directly impacting the employee lifecycle and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the configuration and customisation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Crossboarding, and Offboarding modules based on client requirements.
Support the implementation of Recruit to Hire (R2H) processes, ensuring smooth data flow and integration between recruiting and onboarding.
Participate in testing and validation of system configurations to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Contribute to the creation of documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Provide support to end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of onboarding, crossboarding, and offboarding processes.
Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Support rehire processes within the SuccessFactors platform.
Requirements:
Demonstrated understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts, specifically within the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Willingness to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, potentially across multiple locations in India.
