Requirements:
Around 10+ years of experience in frontend development, with 4-5 years of experience leading engineering teams.
Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 CSS3 Rest APIs/ GraphQL and modern frontend development practices.
Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux/Redux Toolkit, React Router, and micro fronted architecture.
Good understanding of REST APIs, state management, responsive UI development, and frontend performance optimisation.
Familiarity with DevOps practises (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes), modern build tools, and frontend testing frameworks.
Designing Web and Mobile SDKs.
Proven experience building and scaling SaaS or enterprise web applications in Agile environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills with the ability to balance technical excellence and delivery.
