AI Engineer IV

We are looking for product-minded engineers native to AI Builders who obsess over user impact and can seamlessly bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world execution. When needed, we operate with Forward Deployed Engineering philosophy, not shying away from embedding directly with critical business functions, while simultaneously building the central AI capabilities that the rest of the company will run on.
Responsibilities:
Architect complex agentic systems (multi-agent orchestration, planning, and memory management).
Drive the Distillation Strategy: Lead efforts to convert massive models into smaller, task-specific models for cost efficiency.
Define best practices for "AI-Native Development" across the org.
Act as a technical liaison between Business Leaders and Engineering.
Requirements:
6-9 years of experience.
Deep expertise in Distributed Systems and NLP.
Experience deploying LLMs at scale.
