Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in backend software engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Golang in building production-grade applications.
Experience designing and developing high-scale, distributed systems and microservices.
Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance, and reliability.
Expertise in building and consuming REST APIs (gRPC is a plus).
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc. ).
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong understanding of CI/CD, testing, and engineering best practices.
Proven experience driving technical decisions, leading complex projects, and mentoring engineers.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience in a Staff Engineer or equivalent technical leadership role is preferred.
