Fullstack Developer

We are looking for strong frontend, backend and full-stack engineers to build the core 2une platform. You will work on tools for expert onboarding, task allocation, annotation, review workflows, quality checks, dashboards, client reporting and operations automation. This is a high-ownership engineering role. We want builders who can ship fast, think from first principles and work closely with product, ops and business teams.
Responsibilities:
Build product workflows for expert onboarding, qualification, task assignment and review.
Develop annotation and evaluation interfaces for text, code, audio, video and multimodal data.
Build dashboards for project progress, quality, throughput and contributor performance.
Create backend systems for permissions, workflow management, audit logs and reporting.
Integrate AI-assisted features to improve internal productivity and review quality.
Work with product, design, data science and delivery teams to convert business needs into working software.
Own features end-to-end, from design to deployment.
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of engineering experience.
Strong frontend, backend or full-stack skills.
Experience with React / Next.js / TypeScript / Node.js / Python / Java / Go or similar stacks.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, queues, authentication and system design.
Ability to write clean, reliable and maintainable code.
High ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
Product mindset and willingness to work closely with non-engineering teams.
Strongly Appreciated:
Engineers who actively use AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar systems.
Ability to compress development cycles from weeks to days using AI tools, without compromising architecture, security, testing or maintainability.
Experience building workflow tools, internal platforms, marketplaces, annotation systems, dashboards or B2B SaaS products.
Exposure to LLMs, AI evaluation, RLHF/SFT, annotation workflows or human-in-the-loop systems.
