Product Manager

We at Khatabook are looking for a Product Manager to scale the lending business. If you're passionate about building fintech products that touch millions and love solving zero-to-one and one-to-n scale problems, we want you!
Responsibilities:
Help us scale our Saas product (platform and user experience) as we move from our 10100 journey.
Build products that solve problems across the lending lifecycle from lead generation to underwriting, disbursement, and collections.
Drive the development of key platforms such as the Loan Origination System (LOS), the Loan Management System (LMS), and the Business Rule Engine (BRE).
Be the face of Khatabook in conversations with lenders, ensuring seamless orchestration across multiple partners.
Own and manage relationships with banks, PGs, networks, NPCI, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
Ensure full compliance with the latest payments and lending regulations.
Requirements:
PMs who are data-driven and hands-on with app analytics tools like Mixpanel or similar self-serve platforms, capable of driving decisions through insights.
PMs who've worked closely with marketing teams to sell products via Google/Meta ads and enjoy improving conversion funnels through A/B experiments.
2-4 years of product management experience, with strong first-principles thinking.
Passion for building businesses, not just features.
Obsession with crafting beautiful and intuitive user experiences.
Strong sense of ownership and hustle to get things done in fast-moving environments.
Ambitious mindset: You'd love to build your own billion-dollar startup someday.
Ex-founders or consultants with prior consumer internet or fintech experience are highly preferred.
