As a Senior User Experience Researcher (Sr. UXR), you will be a key driver in shaping our product strategy through deep user insights. You will lead research initiatives for complex, scalable customer-facing solutions, moving products from "0 to 1" while mentoring junior researchers to elevate our team's overall impact.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a researcher who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution across these core areas:
Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers. While there are no formal "people management" duties, you will coordinate tasks and lead small teams on specific initiatives.
Business Impact: Connect your research to the bottom line. You will identify key opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth through user-centric decisions.
Strategic Research: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding the business landscape, market trends, and industry best practices.
Autonomy and Ownership: Take full ownership of your area of responsibility. You will have a fair degree of autonomy to drive research initiatives from start to finish.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to influence product roadmaps using data and user insights.
Requirements:
Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in product design or research, specifically working on scalable, customer-facing products.
Track Record: You have successfully led cross-functional initiatives for new (0-1) products.
Education/Background: You possess a strong professional or educational pedigree.
Communication: You are a proficient communicator and storyteller who can simplify complex findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
