Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will own a charter or defined feature area, working closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to ship products that move key metrics and solve real user problems. You are expected to bring structured thinking to problem discovery, execute with high rigor, and grow into a PM who independently owns outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Own and deliver against a defined problem area or charter, with clear accountability for product outcomes.
Write structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with minimal guidance.
Conduct user research and discovery activities to validate problems and solutions.
Maintain and prioritize a groomed backlog; actively participate in agile ceremonies.
Monitor product metrics, identify anomalies, and escalate with supporting data and insights.
Build proactive relationships with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams.
Communicate initiative status and progress through standard practices.
Requirements:
3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 1 year on B2C consumer-facing products.
User-first thinking: ability to build personas, map user journeys, and extract insights from multiple research sources.
Data-driven approach: comfortable with product analytics, defining metrics, and identifying anomalies.
Ability to write clear PRDs and specs; basic understanding of system architecture and technical context.
Experience collaborating in an agile setup with engineering and design teams.
Structured communication; ability to align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities.
Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Good to Have:
Experience on platforms, engagement, gamification, or consumer lifecycle products.
Background at a product-led B2C company with scale (1 million MAU).
