Responsibilities:
Continuously refine data models based on performance metrics and feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new avenues for growth opportunities, including areas of workflow, innovation, outreach, and strategic planning.
Craft strategic initiatives, identify process improvement opportunities, measure the impact, and improve user experience.
Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices.
Mentor and lead data analysts in creating the most optimized SQL queries and scripts for faster execution and results.
Contribute to and enforce shared data standards and conventions at Blinkit.
