Responsibilities:
Act as a Relationship Manager for paid customers, building trust and ensuring long-term engagement.

Requirements:
Education: Graduation or HSC qualification.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability, and strong decision-making skills.
Languages: English and Hindi are mandatory; Kannada, Tamil, or Marathi is preferred.
Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Work schedule: Flexible day shift (9 hours between 8 AM and 10 PM), 6 days a week with a weekday off.
