The HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters and supporting organisational goals. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves working closely with functional teams to understand workforce needs, drive HR initiatives, and support a high-performance culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle processes, advising on HR policies, overseeing performance management cycles, and supporting employee engagement activities.
The HRBP will also handle employee relations issues, ensure compliance with labour and employment laws, and collaborate with leadership on talent development, succession planning, and organisational design. The role requires regular presence at the office to build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide timely support to employees and managers.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies, with experience implementing and communicating HR frameworks within a business unit.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management, with the ability to handle grievances, support employee development, and drive performance review processes.
Candidates should possess an understanding of Labour and Employment Law, ensuring HR practices comply with statutory requirements and organisational guidelines.
Candidates should possess effective stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills to partner with business leaders and support strategic HR initiatives.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate HR specialisation (MBA/PGDM) is advantageous.
Prior experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced or tech-enabled organisation, ideally with exposure to scaling teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in HRIS tools and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a people-centric approach.
