Responsibilities:
Low-level Design and coding to develop backend systems using Python (on the Django framework), ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Very good understanding of Data structures, design patterns, and async flow.
Build and maintain microservices-based applications, optimising and refactoring them to improve performance and functionality.
Provide technical insights and share knowledge with team members to solve complex challenges.
Work with relational and SQL and NoSQL databases (e. g., MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) to design, query, and optimise database schemas and queries for high-availability applications.
Requirements:
Expert-level knowledge of Python and a proven track record of designing and building large-scale, high-availability systems.
Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products.
A strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating elegant, scalable solutions.
Strong experience working in product/start-up environments, where high innovation is key to success.
