Responsibilities:
Own one or more modules end-to-end, including planning, design, and code reviews.
Collaborate with the team to define and deliver features aligned with business goals.
Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise for speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable code, troubleshoot issues, and provide constructive feedback.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Lead the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, while collaborating with business teams.
Own technical aspects of products, including web and mobile applications, reporting, and data engineering initiatives.
Continuously improve delivery processes and lead talent management efforts for the technology team.
Requirements:
BE/BTech in Computer Science from a premier institute.
8-10 years of experience with large-scale tech-product companies.
Expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks, with advanced knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Strong experience with responsive design, RESTful APIs, browser rendering, and performance optimisation.
Proficiency with Git, Webpack, and testing frameworks like Jest; experience with CI/CD pipelines and TypeScript is a plus.
Leadership skills to mentor junior engineers, guide projects, and lead a high-performance development team.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a strong problem-solving mindset.
