Salesforce Frontend Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Frontend Developer based in India to design and build highquality, scalable user experiences on the Salesforce platform. This role plays a critical part in translating complex business processes and data models into intuitive, high-performance interfaces that users trust and adopt.
This position requires a frontend-first, full-stack mindset, deep expertise in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript, paired with a strong understanding of Salesforce backend logic, performance constraints, and platform governance. You will work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that balance usability, performance, and maintainability.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom, high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support complex business workflows.
Apply modern JavaScript patterns and component-based architecture to build reusable, maintainable UI solutions.
Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces using the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
Ensure frontend solutions align with defined solution architecture and platform best practices.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in client-side rendering and server-side interactions.
Optimise Apex calls, data loading patterns, and UI responsiveness.
Write unit tests and contribute to automated testing strategies.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and security.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems, such as ERP and marketing platforms.
Collaborate with backend developers and architects to ensure clean data access patterns.
Implement efficient data-fetching strategies using SOQL/SOSL and Apex controllers.
Respect the governor limits and platform constraints in all designs.
Partner with Solution Architects and Product Owners to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
Contribute during refinement and design discussions to identify risks and dependencies early.
Work effectively in sprint-based delivery teams with global stakeholders.
Support deployments and releases through CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
5-8+ years of experience in frontend or Salesforce development roles.
4-8 Salesforce certifications required.
Must include Platform Developer I or Platform App Builder.
Expert proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong command of modern JavaScript (ES6+), component modularity, and asynchronous patterns.
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
Proven experience in building and customising.
Experience Cloud (Customer and Partner Portals).
Proficiency in Apex development, including classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future).
Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL, data modelling, and efficient data access patterns.
Experience using Salesforce Flow and Orchestrations to reduce unnecessary custom code.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security, including sharing rules, CRUD/FLS, and role hierarchy.
Hands-on experience with Git and Salesforce deployment tools (e. g., Copado).
Experience working in Agile, sprint-based delivery models.
Comfortable collaborating with remote, multi-time-zone teams.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with architects and product partners.
