Production Support Associate IV

We are looking for a talented Production Support Associate IV to join our 1st Shift team specializing in Manufacturing at our Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems Business Unit facility in York, SC.
The Production Support Associate performs highly skilled non-production activities independently supporting manufacturing processes in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment. Acts as a formal resource leading and coordinating others. Quickly and effectively adapts to change in the manufacturing environment.

Additional Requirements:
3+ years Forklift and PIV experience.
3+ years yard switcher or on the road trucking CDL preferred.
Manage material flow to production, shipping, receiving.
Coordinate trailer movements, dock assignments, loading and unloading activities.
Schedule and manage overtime.
Manage trailer yard tracking and yard coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft, especially excel.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
