Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Support hotel facility maintenance: Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public space, and heart-of-house areas
Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member orders
Assist with preventative maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventative maintenance needs
Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
Install tile and masonry features: Set and replace tile, marble, granite, brick, and stone for both decorative and functional use
Perform surface repairs: Maintain walls, floors, and exterior areas using appropriate tiling materials such as cement, pavers, grout, and caulk
Apply surface finishes: Use caulk, grout, plaster, sealants, epoxy, and compound materials to close penetrations and finish surfaces
