We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (2-4 years experience) to build and scale high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern backend technologies like Node.js or Rust, along with exposure to microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, and MongoDB.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Contribute to microservices-based architecture for high availability.
Build server-side applications using Node.js or Rust.
Work with event-driven systems using Kafka (or similar tools).
Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Design and optimize MongoDB / NoSQL databases.
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
Requirements:
2-4 years of backend development experience (Node.js or Rust).
Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
Exposure to Kafka / messaging systems.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with MongoDB / NoSQL databases.
Understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous processing.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good to Have:
Exposure to distributed systems / event-driven architecture.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
