Lead Engineer

Oracle Retail Engineer to lead the designs and development for Oracle SaaS Cloud upgrade V19 and above.
Responsibilities:
Analyse business requirements and map business processes in ReSA, RMS and ReIM applications.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail v19 or above (SaaS), including SaaS deployment and upgrade strategies.
Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS implementations, including migration from on-prem to cloud.
Knowledge of REST API integrations and microservices architecture for Oracle Retail.
Expertise in performance tuning for SaaS environments, including batch optimisation and database query tuning.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Retail deployments in cloud environments.
Technical Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Retail applications, especially in ReSA, RMS and ReIM.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on development experience using PL/SQL and Oracle APEX for custom UI development.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment, leading teams, practising lean principles and promoting faster time to market.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with cloud technologies, with exposure to any of the major cloud providers like Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, and Pivotal ReSA and RMS v16 or above are preferred.
Should have in-depth support knowledge on Stock Ledger and Inventory.

Education and Experience:

Experience working in Agile environments is highly preferred.
Functional knowledge of Oracle MOM is preferred.
