We are looking for an experienced Java technical lead who can drive backend development, lead a team, and build scalable applications using modern technologies.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of developers.
Design and develop scalable backend applications.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Mentor team members and drive best practices.
Requirements:
Strong experience in Java and Golang.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Security.
Good knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Experience with any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Proven team handling/leadership experience.
