Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in ABAP development, including RICEF objects.
Proven experience in:
At least 1 SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
At least 2 SAP ECC implementation projects, along with support experience.
Deep expertise in the following areas:
Manage ABAP development activities, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget.
Design, develop, and review RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Collaborate with functional teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical solutioning.
Perform code reviews and enforce adherence to project standards and advanced ABAP best practices.
Estimate development efforts and validate technical designs.
Engage in and handle multiple deliverables, projects, and change requests independently.
Mentor and guide junior team members and coordinate across technical teams.
Support deployment, testing, and post-go-live activities.
Take ownership of assigned developments and deliver independently.
