We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce-based enterprise solutions. The role involves functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across Salesforce clouds and integrations.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional designs and convert them into test scenarios and test cases.
Perform functional, system, regression, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
Validate configurations, workflows, flows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, ERP, etc. ).
Execute test cases, log defects, track resolution, and perform re-testing.
Support release testing and post-deployment validation.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners.
Requirements:
3-5 years of QA experience with at least 2 years on Salesforce projects.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud preferred).
Experience in manual testing; automation exposure (Selenium, Provar, or similar) is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have: Salesforce QA/Platform certification.
Basic SOQL or data validation experience.
