Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Document findings and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future problem-solving efforts.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to improve performance and security.
Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Experience in backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
Ability to monitor and manage database security and user access controls.
Familiarity with database replication and high availability solutions.
Skilled in troubleshooting database-related issues and providing effective solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
