Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support integrations using IBM WebMethods (Cloud SaaS preferred).
Build and manage APIs, messaging, and integration workflows.
Lead end-to-end integration development, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and scalability standards.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers.
Requirements:
5+ years of integration development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with IBM WebMethods (Integration Server, Designer, Broker/Messaging).
Experience with IBM WebMethods Cloud / SaaS version strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), EDI, messaging, and middleware concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid integration architectures.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills.
Preferred experience:
Strong hands-on expertise in IBM webMethods Integration Server and messaging.
Experience implementing webMethods platforms from scratch.
Architecture and performance design experience in high-volume integrations.
Familiarity with API exposure, security, and CI/CD integration.
