Requirements:
Experience in Node.js ; minimum 5 years.
Experience in basic to intermediate web development using HTML/CSS/jQuery.
Experience working in an Agile development team (Scrum or Kanban).
Experience with designing and building system integrations using APIs and middleware.
Good to have:
Strong understanding of customer support processes (incident management, request management); ITIL qualification preferred.
A working understanding of networking.
An ability to learn new technologies rapidly: Zendesk QA, Zendesk Apps framework, skill-based routing, etc.
