Senior Project Manager - Databricks Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex projects and a strong expertise in Databricks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful data-driven projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate challenges and drive innovation in data analytics and engineering.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for data analytics projects utilizing Databricks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to best practices in project management methodologies.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Mandatory Skills
