Fullstack Architect

Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable full-stack applications using Python backend technologies and React frontend frameworks.
Define system architecture, microservices strategy, API standards, and frontend component structure.
Lead end-to-end development of web applications from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable UI components using React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and modern frontend practices.
Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimisation across frontend and backend systems.
Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for development teams.
Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and architecture governance for developers.
Design and optimise database schemas, queries, and data pipelines using SQL and NoSQL databases.
Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.
Drive CI/CD implementation, automated testing, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement long-term fixes.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architecture and development processes.
Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection policies, and software quality benchmarks.
Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, and deployment procedures.
Lead technical estimation, sprint planning, and solution design discussions in Agile environments.
Optimise frontend and backend performance for high-traffic and enterprise-scale applications.
Support modernisation initiatives, legacy system migration, and platform transformation projects.
