Lead Applied AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly hands-on Lead Applied AI Engineer to own the development, optimisation, and deployment of production-grade AI systems. This is not a prompt engineering or API integration role. The ideal candidate has built, fine-tuned and deployed large language models and/or speech models at scale, understands GPU optimisation, and can independently drive AI architecture decisions. The individual will work across LLMs, ASR, multimodal AI and agentic systems, with a strong focus on production reliability, latency, accuracy and scalability.
Requirements:
8-10 years of software engineering and machine learning experience.
Minimum 3-5 years in Deep Learning / NLP / Speech AI.
Minimum 2-3 years working on Large Language Models or Foundation Models.
Experience taking AI systems from research to production.
