7+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on OmniStudio/Vlocity experience.
Design, develop, and support OmniStudio solutions for enterprise customers.

Integration Procedures
Calculation Procedures
Expression Sets
Document Generation
Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity):
Communications Cloud
Media Cloud
Energy & Utilities Cloud
Health Cloud
Insurance (preferred)
Design customer journeys and digital processes using OmniStudio low-code capabilities.
Strong understanding of:
Salesforce Data Model
Security Model
Sharing Rules
Permission Sets
Profiles
Hands-on experience with:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Flows
Platform Events
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
Design scalable integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
Experience with:
Middleware platforms
MuleSoft
Azure Integration Services
Informatica
Boomi
Understanding of Vlocity EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog) concepts.
Performance optimization of OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong experience in migration, deployment, and release management.
Ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities*
Lead OmniStudio design and development activities.
Design end-to-end digital customer engagement solutions.
Build reusable OmniStudio assets and frameworks.
Guide teams in implementing OmniScripts, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
Participate in business requirement discussions and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Conduct code reviews and solution reviews.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce and Vlocity best practices.
Support deployments and production releases.
Troubleshoot and optimize complex OmniStudio implementations.
