Role Purpose
To be part of Finance & Accounts function by ensuring timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, MIS preparation, and financial analysis for assigned entities while maintaining accuracy and adherence to organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and support the finalization of financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules.
Ensure accounting transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Company policies.
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial records for assigned entities, including subsidiaries engaged in real estate and leasing businesses.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, schedules, and variance analyses for management review.
Assist in preparing cash flow statements, profitability projections, budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses.
Coordinate with Statutory, Internal, Tax, and Cost Auditors by providing required schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
Support preparation of Board reports, financial presentations, and statutory filings.
Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities as per defined timelines.
Monitor compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and statutory requirements, highlighting exceptions where applicable.
Resolve finance-related queries from internal stakeholders within agreed turnaround timelines.
Participate in finance process improvement, digitization, and ERP initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Utilize SAP (preferred) and Microsoft Excel for accounting, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified.
3–4 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or similar industries.
Working knowledge of Ind AS, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit processes.
Exposure to SAP ERP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
