IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced technical recruiter with a strong background in the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions while possessing good technical understanding and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
Understand technical job requirements and screen candidates based on technical skills and experience.
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability for client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Ensure timely delivery of candidates as per client requirements.
