HRIS Functional Consultant

Looking for an experienced HRIS Functional Consultant with strong Avature expertise to support HR technology initiatives, particularly in onboarding and recruitment modules. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with HR systems functionality and ensure smooth implementation and support.
Responsibilities:
Configure and support Avature modules (Onboarding and Recruitment).
Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders for system enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues.
Support integrations with other HR systems like PeopleSoft.
Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance within HR systems.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployments.
Requirements:
Required Skills (Primary): Hands-on experience with Avature, onboarding, and recruitment (ATS).
Strong understanding of HRIS processes and workflows.
Secondary / Preferred Skills: PeopleSoft HR (Technical and Functional), PeopleTools.
Experience in HR system integrations.
Exposure to global HR processes.
